Since December, 3DI has been supporting One BRAC to develop a strategy to diversify and strengthen long-term philanthropic support, with a particular focus on major donors and unlocking transformational gifts in Europe.
This work builds on the strength and coherence of one of the world’s largest development organisations. Founded in Bangladesh, BRAC works across Asia and Africa in partnership with communities experiencing poverty and inequality. Its model combines locally led programming with systems-level change, delivering impact at scale across education, health, livelihoods, climate resilience and humanitarian response.

3DI supported Midhurst Palliative Care to strengthen governance and board effectiveness through a focused governance review and a facilitated board awayday.
Working closely with trustees and the senior team, we reviewed current governance arrangements, clarified roles and decision-making, and identified practical opportunities to enhance oversight and strategic focus.
The awayday created space for aligned priorities, constructive discussion, and a shared roadmap for the year ahead.
